1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next business day.
We operate through dropshipping, which means that we ship products from Asia and the United States, so some orders may take up to 10 working days to arrive.
2. Shipping Options
We offer delivery across the United Kingdom:
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 4–5 business days
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
3. International Shipping
If applicable, international orders may be subject to customs duties and fees, payable by the customer.
4. Delivery Issues
ROVEA is not responsible for:
Delays caused by couriers.
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
