We want you to love your purchase from ROVEA. If you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days after receipt for evaluation.
2. How to Request a Return
Contact us at contact@roveastore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos for assessment.
We will offer a replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Sale items (unless faulty)
The refund processing time is 10 days after receipt of the product.
