1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned, unless faulty.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

If an item arrives damaged or defective:
